Course registration

The course fee is EUR 2,000 plus VAT per person and course. As the course takes place in Berlin, German VAT (19%) applies. Discounts may be available, for example for NGOs or groups. Seats are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability. Cancellations are free of charge up to four weeks before the course begins. Pricing
Public sector or nonprofit?

If so, we offer a discount of up to 25% on the course fee. We rely on your own assessment and may ask if anything is unclear. Two or more seats in one registration add a further 10%.

Registration and conclusion of contract

By submitting this form, you are making a binding offer to enter into a contract for course participation.

Seats are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. If there are no more seats available, we may have to decline your registration. You will then be notified, and no contract will be entered into. We will then place you on the waiting list.

A binding contract is formed upon our confirmation of registration in text form, or upon issuance of the invoice. The participation fee is due within 30 days of receiving the invoice, but no later than three days before the course begins.

Cancellations must be made in text form (email to courses@neon.energy). Cancellations received up to four weeks before the start of the course are free of charge. After that deadline, and likewise in the event of a no-show, the full course fee remains payable. You may name a substitute at no additional cost. Rescheduling to other courses or dates is possible subject to availability and agreement.
